Also known as "day-of" services, this is for
the bride and groom who want to plan their own wedding, while having access to the knowledge and resources of a professional
consultant, who is also there on the wedding day to bring it all together!
This includes: -complimentary initial interview session -at least 3 vendor referrals in each category -at least 2 hours consultation time to create detailed wedding day and reception time-lines -consultant attends final meetings with caterer and reception site walk-thru -unlimited e-mail access to consultant -unlimited advice on etiquette, problem solving, design, and guest relations -confirmation of vendors 48-72 hours before wedding day -management of rehearsal- 2 hours -start to finish coordination of vendors on wedding day -ceremony and reception management -distribution of money to vendors -access to fully-stocked "Emergency Kit" on wedding day! Includes travel, research of venues, correspondence, contract negotiation, and site visits. *Vendor Selection Includes research and comparison,
correspondence, contract negotiation and review, and meetings. Design and Decor: *Concept creation and implementation
of table design, venue decor, & theme development. *Setting up and attending appointments with rental companies/event designers to view mock tables
and design ideas. Detail Planning: *Monthly phone or in-person meetings
to review and discuss details. *Unlimited access to consultant for advice and etiquette questions. *Planning and ordering assistance
with invitations, place cards, programs, menu item cards, favors, bridal party gifts, etc. *Assistance with photo shot lists
