Wedding Day Services
Also referred to as "Day of" services, this is for the couple who wants to do most of the planning on their own, while having access to the knowledge and resources of the wedding consultant, as well as having her there to bring it all together for the big day!
This includes:
     -initial interview session 
     -at least 2 hours consultation time to create detailed wedding day time-line and reception
       planning
     -at least 3 vendor referrals in each category
     -assistance with ideas for overall look of wedding (invitation design, reception decor, etc.)
     -consultant attends final meeting at reception site
     -unlimited e-mail access to consultant
     -confirmation of vendors 48-72 hours before wedding day
     -management of rehearsal
     -coordination of vendors on wedding day
     -ceremony and reception management on wedding day 
     -distribution of money to vendors
     -access to fully stocked "Emergency Kit" on wedding day

Full Service Planning*
For the couple who is not sure where to begin or doesn't have the time, and needs help with all aspects of planning.
     -2 hours consultation time to discuss budget breakdown, desired look of wedding, and 
       create month-by-month checklists leading up to the wedding
     -assistance with selecting the perfect wedding gown, bridesmaid's dresses, and tuxes     
     -3-5 vendor referrals (a valuable tool if you are looking for the best in the business!)
     -wedding planner makes phone calls to vendors, and attends some meetings with vendors
     -monthly 2 hour meetings to review budget, contracts, and time-line
     -assistance with overall look of wedding (invitation design, reception decor, etc.)
     -additional phone and e-mail access to wedding planner
     -everything included in the Wedding Day Services

     -installation and removal of decor (linens, centerpieces, chair covers, fabric    
        draping, etc.)
     -additional consultation time
     -item return (tuxes, cake parts, floral elements, etc.)
     -Calligraphy Services
             -invitations
             -placecards
     -guest management

             -seating chart creation
             -about-town guide
             -welcome bags for out of town guests (a guest favorite!)
     -Bridal party management
             -bridal shower planning
